Lindsay Lohan and the E*Trade babies

Since when can a company be sued for “lampooning” a star? Even if it were true it would be a ridiculous law suit.  Why doesn’t she sue Saturday Night Live for “lampooning’ her?   In fact, maybe she should have a class action lawsuit, for all the stars that SNL has made money from by lampooning them.  I can only say this about the law suit - “Hey Lindsay, get over yourself.”  Addicts and alcoholics tend to believe they are the center of the universe and everything is about them.  Well guess what Lindsay, you aren’t important enough to lampoon.  Until I read the story, it never occurred to me that it had anything to do with her.  I hope E*Trade doesn’t settle (they probably will).  This is just more of Lindsay’s self centered, self aggrandizing, ridiculous behavior and it would be great if they could force her to spend a lot of money and lose.  PS – I am not a customer of E*Trade, but I love these ads, currently they are some of the most fun on TV (which means they couldn’t have anything to do with Lindsay Lohan).
